From a load listing to a completed job
1. Publish a complete brief
The shipper records locations, dates, freight, vehicle and handling requirements so carriers can decide whether to quote.
2. Compare the whole offer
Review the proposed vehicle, timings, price and exclusions alongside the provider's business evidence.
3. Agree the movement
An accepted quotation becomes an operational record. Both businesses should understand the transport contract and the process for changes.
4. Retain completion evidence
Keep status updates, messages, proof of delivery and payment-status records with the job. Freivio does not currently hold customer funds.
