Record the start point and each delivery or collection stop in the intended sequence. Identify which windows are fixed and which are flexible so the provider can assess a workable order. Include loading, parking and handover time at each business.
Allocate parcels or stock to a specific stop. Label items so the driver can identify the right consignment without opening packaging, and explain whether items are collected as well as delivered.

Check the price covers every stop
Ask whether the quote covers the full stated sequence, waiting at sites, extra handling and any final return to base. Changes after award may change the time and price; record approval before adding work.
Courivio captures the supplied stops as part of the requirement. The provider still needs to confirm the route's feasibility. An entered sequence is not a promise of automatic route optimisation or a delivery-time guarantee.

Record the failed or changed stop and obtain instructions from the nominated contact.

Check the full sequence, outstanding items and any agreed returns before closing the job.
