Insurance and operating evidence can be uploaded for controlled administrator review, with expiry dates recorded where supplied.
Protected records
Member records and documents are separated by account permissions. Uploaded evidence is not displayed as a public document library.
Marketplace accountability
Loads, quotations, awards, messages, job status and payment confirmation create an auditable operating history.
Suspension and disputes
Administrators can request changes, suspend verification and preserve job records while an issue is reviewed.
What “Freivio Verified” means
It means the profile has passed Freivio’s current admission review based on the information and evidence provided. It does not replace a customer’s own legal, commercial or safety checks, and it is not a guarantee of performance or creditworthiness.
Current pilot boundary
Subscription payment collection and automated third-party company or operator-licence checks are not yet active. Paid-plan selections and payment status are recorded as pilot evidence until the relevant regulated integrations are connected.
