Terms of participation

Freivio Exchange is currently operating as a controlled B2B pilot. Access is subject to business verification, appropriate insurance evidence, membership status and acceptance by Freivio Technologies Ltd.

Professional use

Members must provide accurate business and load information, maintain appropriate licences and insurance, communicate professionally and perform accepted transport work with reasonable care.

Commercial responsibility

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, transport contracts and off-platform payments remain between the businesses involved. Freivio records workflow information but does not currently hold customer funds.

Pilot status

Features, eligibility and operating procedures may change during the pilot. Full commercial terms will be issued before general launch. Participants should retain their own transport, accounting and compliance records.
