One shared membership and verification process serves Freivio, Courivio and Movivio. The public application starts a conversation; it does not activate trading or charge a card.

For approved early members. Business verification and pilot admission remain separate requirements. Your access dates are shown in the exchange account when founding membership is activated.
No paid subscription is started by submitting a recruitment form. Any later paid arrangement must be agreed before charging.

Selecting a paid plan in the current pilot records interest for payment setup. It does not collect payment or guarantee work.
What we review
- Business identity, named contacts and operating details.
- Relevant insurance, with current expiry or review dates.
- Vehicle and service capabilities, operating areas and availability.
- Operator-licence evidence where applicable to the proposed work.
Documents are reviewed within the account process. Automated third-party company and operator-licence checks are not currently active.
What verification means
The business has passed the current admission review using the information and evidence supplied. It is not a guarantee of performance, payment or creditworthiness.
Evidence must stay current. Operators can review document-expiry warnings and update capabilities and availability in their network profile.

Membership concerns access to the exchange. The transport charge concerns a particular job and must identify its supplier, payment recipient, agreed price and payment terms.
Freivio Exchange currently records payment status; it does not hold customer funds. Unless separately agreed, transport contracts and off-platform payments remain between the participating businesses. Do not treat a recorded payment status as a payment guarantee.
Onboarding and support
Request a demonstration to discuss membership, suitability and the application steps. During the pilot, use your named Freivio contact for onboarding questions and the exchange incident tools for issues connected to work.
Keep insurance documents and sensitive identity evidence out of the public enquiry form; provide them through the protected account workflow when requested.
