Your fuel enquiry.

We collect your name, contact details, postcode, vehicle count, estimated fuel use and requirements to respond to your request and assess interest in the proposed programme. Authorised Freivio staff can review enquiries and record follow-up actions.

We retain a time-stamped privacy acknowledgement and your optional launch-news preference. A daily hashed network identifier helps limit abusive submissions. We do not collect bank details, card numbers, driving licences or credit applications on this form.

Your enquiry is not sent to a fuel-card provider automatically. We will explain any proposed provider referral and required information before you proceed. Launch-news preference is optional and separate from responding to your enquiry; automated marketing is not active.

For access, correction, withdrawal or deletion requests, use the contact route in the main privacy notice and quote your FV-FUEL reference. Enquiries require a retention review before programme launch; closed or stale enquiries should be reviewed within 12 months. Automated deletion is not yet configured.
